I. Background and Objectives of the Event
Green Responsibility: In response to the national “Dual Carbon” strategy and the ecological call of Arbor Day, we are strengthening corporate environmental awareness and fulfilling our social responsibilities.
Team Building: By fostering outdoor collaboration and engaging with nature, we help alleviate employees’ work-related stress, enhance cross-departmental teamwork, and strengthen their sense of belonging.
Cultural Integration: Drawing on the theme of springtime outings, we integrate corporate values with nature-based education to convey the philosophy of “technology for good, coexisting with nature.”
II. Basic Information on the Event
Time: March 16, 2024 (Saturday), 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (scheduled on a weekend to boost participation)
Location: “Lüye Xinghe” Ecological Park in Qingpu District, Shanghai (1-hour drive from the company; convenient transportation and well-developed amenities)
Participants: All employees (including family members who voluntarily sign up; children must be 6 years of age or older and accompanied by a parent)
Scale: Estimated 150 people (120 employees + 30 family members)

- The “Green Pledge” was read aloud collectively, and employees signed it as a memento.
10:30-12:00 | Tree-Planting Event | - Group Task: Form mixed groups by department (6–8 members per group), and collect seedlings (cherry blossoms/ginkgo trees), tools, and adoption plaques.
- Parent–child collaboration: Children can take part in a “Little Sapling Guardian” role‑play activity and design their own adoption plaques.
