Shanghai Feiyuanguangdian 2024 National Day Holiday Notice
To all employees:
In accordance with the “Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Arrangements for Certain Holidays in 2024” and taking into account the company’s actual circumstances, the holiday schedule for the 2024 National Day is hereby announced as follows:
I. Holiday Schedule
From Tuesday, October 1, 2024, to Monday, October 7, 2024, there will be a seven-day holiday with compensatory days off. Employees will report to work on Sunday, September 29, and Saturday, October 12.
II. Job Requirements
Business Coordination:
All departments are required to complete all pre-holiday tasks by the end of business on September 30, ensuring project progress, document archiving, and equipment safety.
Customer service, Technical Support, and other positions must inform customers in advance of holiday service windows and emergency contacts to ensure timely responses to urgent needs.
On-Duty Schedule:
Departments required to arrange holiday on‑call schedules (e.g., Production, Logistics, etc.) are requested to submit their duty rosters to the Administration Department for record‑keeping by 5:00 p.m. on September 28.
On-duty personnel must maintain unimpeded communication and, in the event of an emergency, report according to the procedures outlined in the Company’s Emergency Response Plan and handle the situation appropriately.
Safety Inspection:
All departments are required to close office doors and windows, disconnect power, lock up important filing cabinets, and eliminate any potential safety hazards before the holiday.
Areas such as R&D laboratories and production workshops must undergo equipment de-energization, chemical containment, and fire‑ and theft‑prevention inspections.
III. Friendly Reminder
Employee Care:
Encourage employees to spend time with their families during holidays, participate in traditional festivals, and carry forward cultural customs.
When traveling during the holiday, please prioritize traffic safety, avoid driving while fatigued, refrain from visiting high-risk areas, and maintain personal health precautions.
Return-to-work requirements:
All employees are required to return to work on time by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 8. Each department is responsible for verifying attendance and compiling a summary of work activities during the holiday period.
In the event of special circumstances requiring an extension of the leave, prior approval must be obtained from both the department head and the Human Resources Department; the extension may only be implemented upon such approval.
IV. Special Notes
During the holiday, the company’s E-mail and Enterprise WeChat, among other communication tools, will remain accessible; however, non-urgent matters will be handled after the holiday.
Customers requiring urgent shipping, please place your orders by 4:00 PM on September 30; the warehouse will prioritize processing and dispatching them before the holiday.
During the 2024 National Day holiday, toll roads nationwide will continue to waive vehicle tolls for passenger cars with seven seats or fewer (including seven seats). The free-period will run from 00:00 on October 1 to 24:00 on October 7.
