Notice of Holiday for the 2025 May Day Labor Day by Shanghai Feiyuanguangdian

In accordance with the “Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Arrangement of Certain Holidays in 2025” and taking into account the company’s actual circumstances, the holiday schedule for the 2025 May Day holiday is hereby announced as follows:

I. Holiday Schedule

From Thursday, May 1, 2025, to Monday, May 5, 2025, there will be a five-day holiday with compensatory days off.

Compensatory leave arrangement: On Sunday, April 27, and Monday, May 5 (a previously designated compensatory holiday), work has been seamlessly coordinated in accordance with statutory holiday‑adjustment requirements. Normal working hours will resume on Tuesday, May 6.

II. Job Requirements

Business Coordination: All departments are required to complete the finalization of critical tasks before the holiday, properly file documents, disconnect equipment from power, and conduct safety inspections. Ensure that all doors and windows in office areas are locked and electrical appliances are turned off to mitigate the risks of fire and theft.

Customer Service: Sales, Technical Support, and other departments must coordinate with customers in advance to clarify the holiday service window and emergency contact persons, ensuring timely response to urgent needs.

On-Duty Schedule: Departments required to arrange on‑call personnel during the holiday are requested to submit their duty rosters to the Administration Department for record‑keeping by April 30. On‑call staff must ensure their communication channels remain open and, in the event of an emergency, report according to established procedures.

III. Safety Tips

All employees are advised to prioritize personal and property safety during the holiday, observe traffic regulations, and refrain from visiting undeveloped areas or hazardous waters.

Employees residing in Shanghai must comply with dormitory management regulations, refrain from using unauthorized electrical appliances, and observe electrical safety and fire prevention measures.

Employees returning home or traveling should plan their itineraries in advance, stay informed about weather and traffic conditions, avoid driving while fatigued, and keep in touch with family throughout the journey.

IV. Other Matters

Following the holiday, all employees are required to return to work on May 6 as scheduled. Each department is responsible for verifying attendance and compiling a summary of work activities during the holiday period.

In the event of special circumstances requiring an extension of the leave, prior approval must be obtained from both the department head and the Human Resources Department; the extension may only be implemented upon such approval.

We wish all employees a safe and fulfilling holiday!
