Dongyue Future Hydrogen Energy Company’s Bluetooth-Based Indoor-Outdoor Integrated Positioning Solution
Project Overview: The company focuses on the research, development, and production of fuel cell membranes and key materials. The facility comprises two sites—north and south. The southern site spans 1.5 million square meters and houses a fuel cell proton exchange membrane (PEM) manufacturing complex, featuring an integrated R&D center and a state-of-the-art, standardized membrane production workshop. The northern site supports the PEM supply chain by providing high‑tech, industry‑wide complementary key materials. Together, the two sites cover a total area of 162,270 m².
Implementation plan: Employ a Bluetooth-based indoor-outdoor integrated positioning solution, with 1,100 users, 2,100 Beacons, and 21 Base Stations, achieving a positioning accuracy of 3–5 meters.
Functional Applications: Enables real-time location tracking of personnel within designated areas, trajectory querying, area‑wide personnel statistics, and anomaly alerts.
Project implementation period: 2022 and 2024 (to be constructed in two phases)
